RESERVATIONS
You can check the availability of the boat you want from the calendar and proceed to charter it. Enter the number of people who will use the boat, a representative who will be the contact person and submit their full details (name, ID/passport number, date of birth, country of residence, gender and contact details). You make the payment, your bank account will be charged depending on the reservation (whether or not there is an advance payment) and depending on the case you will receive a QR CODE on your mobile/email for entering the boat.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Depending on the type of trip you choose, the payment will be made either by pre-paying the entire amount or by paying an advance upon booking and paying the remaining amount before sailing.
For day trips, the payment is made in advance at the time of booking.
For multi-day trips, the payment is made with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount and the remaining 50% before departure.
Payments are accepted by all cards (except AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS) or bank deposit. For the reservation of a boat without a skipper, an additional deposit will be paid. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you to define the guarantee.
3.CANCEL POLICY
When booking a day trip, the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the trip and the amount of the reservation is fully refunded.
In case of a full reservation (privé) for a day or multi-day trip, the cancellation is made up to five (5) days before the trip and if the entire amount of the reservation has been paid, 50% is returned; if only an advance payment has been paid, it is non-refundable.
When the trip is canceled due to the fault of the company, the passenger has the right to be compensated for the fare in the same amount and is given the right to change the reservation to a date selected based on availability. The compensation must be complete and cover any damage that the passenger has demonstrably suffered as a result of this.
